How does Trucks that Cater work?
There are a lot of food truck options in DFW – we take the hard work of searching for food trucks that fit your event needs, and send options directly to you. We partner with a number of local food trucks in the Dallas area that are highly rated for their food, and that are experienced in event catering.
How much does this service cost?
There is no upfront cost for our service – our food truck partners pay a percentage of revenue for us to connect them with event hosts and planners like you. The minimum guarantee for most trucks starts at $1500. You can expect to pay somewhere between $15-$30 a person for the food trucks we work with (depends on the truck, menu items selected, personalized event needs, etc).
What is our billing procedure?
100% of the payment must be made before the event date. Each food truck will have different rules on the number of days before the event payment is due.
Can each attendee pay for themselves?
Unfortunately, we only cater for events that are paid in full for all attendees.
